Originally from California, Bob and his family moved to NWA for a better quality of life. After running a small family business for a few years he decided to have his money start working for him. He got into real estate and investing in properties. With over 18 years of real estate knowledge and experience Bob knows the market of NWA. Bob listed our house during a tough real estate market and held open houses himself what seemed like every weekend. It was a long and convoluted process with multiple rounds of listings and offers, but over a year after the process started Bob was able to negotiate a deal that we honestly felt was too good to be true. After thinking about the house every day for at least a year, we closed in the summer of 2014 and still call it home today.
