Jerry Danehower is a Northwest Arkansas real estate advisor and Arkansas Real Estate Broker with Lindsey & Associates. With more than 40 years of experience in commercial real estate, residential sales, appraisals, property management, and development, Jerry brings a rare depth of knowledge to clients, investors, property owners, and business leaders across Northwest Arkansas.
Licensed since 1984, Jerry’s background includes extensive appraisal education, more than 2,000 commercial reports, and decades of hands-on experience in valuation, commercial property strategy, development, and highest and best use analysis. Since relocating to Northwest Arkansas in 1993, he has watched the region transform and has developed a strong perspective on downtown redevelopment, mixed-use properties, investment real estate, urban growth, and long-term community opportunity.
Jerry has been recognized as Rogers Board of Realtors’ Realtor of the Year and served as Director, Treasurer, and 2009 President of the Rogers Board of Realtors.
