I’m a New Jersey native who made the leap to Northwest Arkansas in 2023 to join the vendor community calling on Walmart. What was originally meant to be a one-year adventure quickly turned into a life decision, as I fell in love with the area’s charm and potential. In the short time I’ve lived here, I’ve witnessed incredible growth and change, and I’m excited to see how the area continues to evolve.
Growing up in a real estate family, I’ve been immersed in the market from an early age, gaining a thorough understanding of its intricacies and investment potential. I invested in my first property – a duplex – shortly after moving to Northwest Arkansas. This allowed me to own a home for less than I would’ve paid in rent while also benefitting from renting out the other side.
