"If it hadn't been for Maddox, I'm not sure where we'd be right now. We were moving to NW Arkansas to be closer to family. We had sold our place in Tennessee, and we were looking for a temporary place to live before buying a house. When we'd see a place online, nobody wanted to schedule a tour.
