Lavena is a licensed REALTOR® and broker who returned to her Arkansas roots five years ago, choosing Northwest Arkansas as her forever home because of the recreational, cultural and welcoming appeal of this growing and exciting area. Lavena transitioned to her passion of real estate following a successful career with a high-tech company in both Finance and Human Resources. Having moved five times through corporate relocation, she understands first-hand both the excitement and the challenges of moving to a new area.
