Kirk Elsass

With over 30 years of Real Estate experience selling residential, commercial, and investment properties, I still enjoy working with that first time home buyer and the commercial investor in the same week. I have never been a pushy sales person and sometimes, I know I should have pushed more, but that is not how I like to be treated. Along with listing and selling Real Estate, I have been involved in development and property management. Currently my staff and I manage single family homes and strip centers with multiple tenants.

I have 10 years of previous experience in restaurant management with partners Bill Elsass and Jim Lindsey, where I was able at a very early age to work with customers and manage a business. In 1978 I received my Real Estate License, and shortly after began my adventures in aviation as a pilot. In 1986 we sold our restaurants and I began a full time career in real estate. In the early 90's I became a Broker and increased my flying qualifications to an Instrument rated pilot.

I attribute all of my success to being raised in Forrest City, Arkansas by two school teachers, Bill and Nannette Elsass, with a very simple childhood. My brother Kregg and I had a very happy childhood in the 60'S - 70'S. In the late 90's I married my wife Angela Carlton Elsass and we have two sons- Andrew and Matthew, (Matty Matt).

Jim Lindsey has also been a large part of any success I may have had, and I've known him as long as I can remember. Jim played football for my father in junior high and the two of them became close over the years, bird hunting and eventually building apartments. I have always been fortunate to be able to gain advice from both my parents and Jim.

Finally, I would like to say that no one has had any success in life without the help of those around you, and in my life there have been many. Thanks to the staff of Lindsey and Associates over the years and my assistant, Miriam Twyford, along with John Collins who helps with maintenance.

Real Estate can be one of the largest investments a person can make in their life, so as the Broker in that process, it is vital that you love to work with people of all walks of life. It also helps that most of time when you run into those clients years later, they thank you because their property has increased in value.
