My name is Hailey Ritch and I have lived in NWA all my life. I grew up in Prairie Grove and graduated from Lincoln High School. I am married, have 2 kids, and I love the outdoors. I choose to go into real estate because I love helping others and meeting new people. Helping people find the home of their dreams is such an amazing experience and an important step in our lives.
