With more than 14 years of combined experience in real estate–related roles, Faviola brings a strong foundation in mortgage operations, underwriting, and customer support to every transaction.
Before becoming a Realtor®, Faviola spent nine years as a Mortgage Assistant, where she reviewed financial documentation, supported clients through the home loan process, and provided guidance on loan guidelines, regulations, and various loan products. She also assisted clients with mortgage payments, escrow questions, and a range of banking needs.
