Growing up in a home as the youngest of 8 children, Shannon knows the value of family and what an integral part the family home plays in that. She understands a house is not just a residence but rather, "Home is where Love resides, Memories are created, Friends and Family belong, and Laughter dwells." Shannon would love to help you find your next home or walk beside you as you sell your current home. She still vividly remembers as a child when her family sold their home in the Virginia suburbs of Washington D.C. and moved to a farm in beautiful, rural Arkansas.
Shannon has spent the rest of her life in the River Valley and Northwest Arkansas. She graduated with highest honors from Arkansas Tech University with a degree in Sociology and went on to work for the federal government until she decided to take time off to raise her two children. She has since worked as a contractor for the Social Security Administration but when her children went on to college and careers, Shannon decided to pursue the dream of a real estate career.
When she isn't searching for your next home or marketing your current one, you might find her on her tractor, affectionately named "Glacier" (there is a story behind that!), or in her farmhouse kitchen baking (if you have a transaction completed you will be the recipient of her famous cinnamon rolls, which may earn her the title of the Cinnamon Roll Realtor!) Another hobby is hiking the beautiful Arkansas trails with her husband of 29 years, Ron, and their loyal dog Anya. They are also beginner backpackers.
Shannon understands the stress that can come from buying and selling a home and she vows as your personal Realtor to make that process as smooth as possible. Her priority as your Realtor is to listen to your needs and desires and work hard on your behalf!
She has a reputation of being conscientious, professional and genuine. If you are looking for a Realtor, or know someone that is, consider Shannon. She looks forward to meeting and helping you!
