SVP – Sales Manager – Director of Educational Services
Rigo is Sr. Vice President, Designated Executive Broker, Sales Manager, and Director of Educational Services for Lindsey & Associates, Inc. in Fayetteville. In this capacity, Rigo is responsible for providing sales training, contract reviews, and problem resolution for the Realtors® affiliated with Lindsey.
He also has the role of Director for the Lindsey School of Real Estate. As a certified and licensed real estate instructor, he has responsibilities for the management and direction of the school. He has personally led training and instruction for over 1275 agents in Northwest Arkansas. The topics range from Real Estate Principles, Ethics, and Arkansas law.
Prior to joining Lindsey, he worked at Xerox in California.
At Xerox, Rigo has had various sales and management roles. As an area office manager in Fresno California he led his team to the number one position in his region, he was promoted to the position of National Customer Marketing manager. In that role Rigo was responsible for customer service, sales training and has taught over 2500 sales representatives on various sales topics. He has conducted over a thousand classes all over the nation.
He has had numerous opportunities to practice leadership skills, He enjoys teaching and sharing his experience with others.
