He showed them how to turn off the incoming water in case of a water leak, where the breaker box was and made sure it was labeled well, and showed them all the other things you forget to ask and panic when an emergency happens. Alicia's guidance helped ease the stress and has made getting their first home a low stress, positive learning experience.
