About Jennifer
Jennifer became a local resident in 2011 relocating from Michigan and she quickly found her home away from home. As someone who relocated here herself, Jennifer understands the work and family stresses that come along with relocating to a new area. Her primary focus is the satisfaction of her clients and the transparency of the real estate process. She is client driven, team focused and detail oriented, which has lead her to a leader on the Johnson Smith Team. With over 900 sales transactions and over $263 in volume, they possess expertise in new/resale homes, relocations, property management/rentals, commercial, land and the ability to meet and exceed all new & existing clients’ needs. Jennifer has a passion to make her clients satisfied with their purchase and to fulfill all future needs. She has developed a reputation for easily becoming close friends with her clients using her down-to-earth personality and sharing of interests in our area.
Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family at their lake house in Branson on Table Rock, she enjoys hikes on trails, golfing, concerts at the AMP, time with family & friends, volleyball, kayaking and beaches. Jennifer has two daughters, Chloey and Casey that graduated from Bentonville High School who attend Northwest Arkansas Community College and the University of Arkansas. Jennifer and her husband Scott reside in Pea Ridge with their two Bernedoodles.
