I was born and raised in Rogers when it was a small town, and I have watched it grow to the population it is today. After graduating from Rogers High School in 1975, I attended and graduated from Arkansas Tech University in Russelville.

I then returned to Northwest Arkansas to join my family business, Dee Rylee Oil Company. I spent 23 years serving customers and industries, where “Service is our Business” was the family motto.

I am the father of two children, and have many hobbies including golf, fly fishing, Razorback sports and watching my kids on the court or in the field. I am involved and volunteer in many community, civic and church activities.
